How do I return an item?
Return Policy
At Emily Kate Baby, LLC, customer satisfaction is our number one priority. You may
return any item for a complete refund, replacement or store credit within 30
days of the shipment date, for any reason. We will even pay to have it shipped back to our warehouse!
Please call us at (800) 594-4520 or email us at customerservice@emilykatebaby.com
to inform us of the item and to receive a return merchandise authorization.
If you paid for your order by credit card, a credit to the card will
be issued. Please allow 7-10 business days to process the return. Or, you may request an exchange or store credit for the returned item.
